October 27, 2024 performance of Marc Irwin’s Woodwind Quartet No 1 for the Music and Meaning Concert Series performance of the New York City Woodwind Ensemble at the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation

This wonderful woodwind quartet features New York City’s finest musicians along with pianist and composer Marc Irwin performing an eclectic classical music program as part of the Music and Meaning Concert Series presented by the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, funded by the Peggy and Yale Gordon Foundation. Flutist - Vinnie Della Rocca, oboist - Tuck Lee, clarinetist - Nixby Kennedy and bassoonist - Gili Sharett, along with Marc Irwin perform music by Sergie Rachmaninoff, Chic Corea, Alfredo da Rocha Viana Filho, known as Pixinguinha, Arthur Berger, Marc Irwin and Wright and Forrest for a most varied and entertaining concert. The concert will be in the Dalsheimer Concert Hall at the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, Maryland 21208

Music Director, pianist and conductor for the orchestra and Kol Rinnah choir for Rosh Hashanah Under The Stars at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland 21030. This holiday concert is this year’s first night service presented by the Baltimorre Hebrew Congregation. Over 3,000 people are in attendance for this meaningful and entertaining yearly event.
